SAUCED is a roving night market dedicated to emerging chefs, artists, and artisans.

Founded in November 2014, SAUCED pops up from the underground to make evenings more interesting—like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

SAUCED takes the traditional market format and flips it on its head with a live DJ, food, and all-local goods.

SAUCED welcome small business owners of all shapes and sizes, including vintage goods, to our night markets.

Each market is curated to showcase a unique selection of vendors most suited for that venue and season.

There are a few questions you can ask yourself before deciding to apply to SAUCED.

Do you make or curate high-quality products with your own two hands?

Is your work unique, eye-catching, and creative?

Do you know how to put together a damn fine booth?

Are you able to stay up past your bedtime?

Please note, this is a general application. Vendors that are a good fit for SAUCED will be added to our mailing list and notified about vending opportunities. Vendors must apply to each market at which they are interested in vending. These applications open eight weeks prior to each market and can be found on the homepage.
