Logistics:

1. Event runs from 11-6pm 11am-12pm will be an early access paid ticket for people that want the opportunity to come shop early. 12-6 is free admission for everyone.Vendor setup available from 8am via rear entrance of venue (we will give vendors access in waves to mitigate overflow in the entrance) More info will be given closer to day of event. Please use a valid email and/or instagram for sign up as this is how communications will be managed.
2. Tables and chairs available for rent at the venue.
3. Bringing a tent for your space is optional
4. No food or beverage sales allowed except for food and beverage vendors
5. We are not liable for damages or stolen goods. Please be responsible for your belongings. However, there will be security on premise
6. There are no refunds for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited.
7. All vendors are expected to promote the event to maximize attendance
8. We will be investing heavily into paid advertising and influencer marketing to ensure a succesful event for all participants
9. All vendor spaces will be indoors, the only exception will be a few food vendor that will need to cook, they will be place in a private gangway that is connected to the theater
